A former attorney, she brings a grounded, practical voice to complex subjects, making them accessible to those seeking understanding and personal growth.

Weigley earned her JD from Marquette University Law School and a BBA in business and education from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, and practiced law for fourteen years before turning her focus to writing and teaching.

Known for her down-to-earth approach, Weigley examines how experiences of emotional abuse affect not only the psyche but also one’s sense of inner energy and wholeness. Drawing on years of personal study, reflection, and intuitive insight, she offers readers language and tools for understanding the deeper impact of authoritarian relationships.
