TRUSTING YOUR INTUITION WORKS
I’ve had to learn the hard way that trusting my Intuition works and will for you, too. Doing so leads to where you need to go, given your unique circumstances. It helps your answers come quickly by raising issues you have not been willing to face, so they can be resolved.
Because time is always of the essence. It’s now, not later, that matters.
Having the ability to Feel the subtle changes in your feelings is normal for a fully functioning physical life. Without that, you could be missing out on critical information your internal energy system, your Soul, seeks to convey.
Start Feeling your feelings. Pay Attention to those feelings. And trusting your Intuition follows.
In my path to trusting my Intuition, I have learned to ask myself two Feeling questions. Both call for a simple Yes or No answer. They are:
- Will I ever regret knowing/doing/asking (fill in the blank) _____________?
- Will I ever regret not knowing/doing/asking (the same as above) ___________?
As I was crafting my life story, another question I often asked went like this:
- Will I ever regret writing/telling my story? No.
- Will I ever regret not writing/telling it? Yes.
Thanks to my Intuition, I got my answers! I kept writing.
I have also learned there is no need to immediately know the “why” behind the answers, though I certainly can ask for it if I choose. Because when I can feel the answer, I know it’s right for me.
Sometimes trusting your natural instincts (namely, your Intuition) is all you have. You have to listen carefully with your Full Attention to steer yourself out of whatever hole you may be in. I did. It worked for me. It can work for you, too.
But remember this: No one has ever walked in your shoes. So, what may seem right to others may not Feel right for you. Find the courage to truly be yourself, which is your ultimate goal.
Peace begins on the Inside. Your Intuition takes you there.
